Purposefully taking the time to slow your body, mind, and soul, provides the opportunity for a deeper listening along your spiritual journey. Much of the time what emerges out of that listening is what God has already planted within. The slowing down offers clarity to notice the subtle movements of a tender God.

Often times what we need is a place where we can express our true thoughts and emotions. Peeling back internal layers exposes raw and honest feelings that need a safe space to land alongside a companion that will receive them and hold them without judgement. This is that sacred space.

Our time is typically scheduled once a month with each session lasting an hour. The average session fee is $60.00/hr, but please don’t hesitate to contact me if other arrangements are needed. I am available to meet in person or on Zoom.
